A few questions, often asked.

What’s the lead time on a matched-batch order of 200+ candle holders or diffuser bottles? +
Six to eight weeks from the day the brief is signed. Two weeks for mould preparation and prototyping, two weeks for the matched-batch decoration on our floor, two weeks for QA, packaging and shipping. We can rush to four weeks for a 20% surcharge.
Can you acid-etch or laser-engrave our brand mark into the base? +
Yes - acid-etch, sandblast, or laser, all run in-house. We work from your supplied vector mark, prototype three options on a sample piece, and run the etch on the finishing bench. Add roughly ₹140 per piece and one extra week to the schedule.
Do you ship worldwide? What about breakage in transit? +
We ship to 40 countries via DHL Express or FCL/LCL sea freight, fully insured and signed-for. Trade orders ship in 70 mm twin-wall corrugate with shredded newsprint padding. Anything broken in transit is replaced free, no questions. Send us a photograph within seven days of receipt.
What MOQs do you typically run? Can you do smaller for a first order? +
Standard MOQs are 500 to 2,000 pieces depending on the decoration process - hand work starts at 50 pieces, acid frost and metallizing at 1,000 pieces, decal and ceramic at 1,000+. For first orders we’ll typically accept half-MOQ if the buyer is committing to a forecast.
Do you sell exclusivity on a custom mould? +
Yes - two arrangements. Time-limited exclusivity (typically 24 months) where the mould runs for you only, or perpetual exclusivity for an agreed buy-out fee. Either way the mould lives at our workshop - we just don’t run it for anyone else.
What payment terms do you offer? +
For first orders: 30% advance, 70% before container loading. For established trade accounts: 30/70 on initial; LC at sight or 30-day net on approved accounts after the third repeat order. We accept TT, LC, cards, and (for India) UPI.
